What Diyo Agent Studio is

Diyo Agent Studio lets you build an AI agent trained on your own content (documents, website pages, and FAQs) and put it on your website and other channels to answer customer questions.

Your account

You need an account to use the studio. Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

Your content

Everything you upload or import stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so your agent can answer from it. We don't sell your content or use it to train models for other customers.

You're responsible for having the rights to the content you connect, and for what your agent is instructed to say.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to:

• break the law or infringe someone else's rights,
• send spam or deceive people about who they're talking to,
• attempt to breach, overload, or probe our systems,
• resell the service without a written agreement with us.

AI answers

Your agent answers from the knowledge you give it, but AI can still make mistakes. Review what your agent says, especially for legal, medical, or financial topics. We're not liable for decisions made based on agent answers.

Billing

Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next billing cycle.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms. If we end your account without cause, we'll refund any unused paid period.

Changes to these terms

If we make meaningful changes, we'll tell you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
